Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using RummyDen (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
RummyDen provides private, social card-game rooms — 13-card Indian Rummy and private-play Texas Hold'em — for play between friends. No gambling, wagering, prize pools, buy-ins for money, or cash settlement of any kind is offered, supported, or intended. Game points and chips are for play only and have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use RummyDen, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: cheat, collude, or exploit bugs; harass, threaten, or abuse other players; post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to monetize game outcomes; disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use RummyDen to facilitate gambling or any illegal activity.
6. User content
You retain ownership of chat messages and other content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to run the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Advertising
The free tier is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense). Ads are labelled and separate from gameplay. RummyDen Plus removes ads. How advertising cookies work is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Premium subscription
RummyDen Plus is a recurring subscription that removes ads and adds cosmetic features. It does not affect gameplay fairness or grant any in-game advantage. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, including any attempt to use RummyDen for gambling or unlawful purposes. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RummyDen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
